Field Track can switch off the Windows® "Tool Tips", as advanced users may find them annoying. You can alter this 'switch' at two locations:
People upgrading from previous versions of Field Track may notice that "Tool Tips" is off and it might be useful to have them switched back on, as you learn the system. Field Track reads your previous version's "Tool Tip" setting, so may have switched them off.
